These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fubo88 ("fubo88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming platform accessible atfubo88.cam.

fubo88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and source-of-funds documentation.

To create an Account, you are required to complete the fubo88 registration process accurately and in full. You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and Malaysian mobile number — is true, accurate, current, and complete.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain one Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses, suspension of all affected Accounts, and may result in permanent bans from the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. fubo88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

fubo88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. You must:

• Keep your password strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party under any circumstances;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify fubo88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
• Not permit any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's individual terms. Wagering requirements may range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slot, and instant game activity on the fubo88 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fubo88 does not accept requests to cancel or void confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• fubo88 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error ("manifest error"). Players will be notified if a bet has been voided under this provision.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, FAM, UFC EPL) will be used to settle the bet.

• Mix Parlay bets are settled based on the accumulation of individual match results. If any single leg of a Mix Parlay is voided, the void leg is removed and the parlay is recalculated accordingly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fubo88 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one Account;
